Genosco is a leader in the discovery and development of novel small molecule drugs to treat human diseases. Our original pharmaceuticals, derived from utilizing a highly targeted approach as well as employing our own master scaffolds, target a number of therapeutic areas pertaining to inflammation, cancer and Parkinson’s disease.

Our drug-discovery department is a tightly integrated, interdisciplinary team of scientists with expertise in medicinal chemistry, structural and computational drug-discovery design, cell- biology, pharmacology, and drug metabolism.

There are over 500 protein kinases encoded in the human genome, and with each vital for many signal pathways, protein kinase dysfunctions are often implicated with many human diseases. Recently, we have discovered several master scaffolds that selectively inhibit protein-kinase enzymes, which transfer phosphate groups to proteins. Focusing actively on SYK and FLT3 kinase targets with highly selective inhibitors, we plan to advance these candidates into preclinical development this year.

Our vision: to deliver relevant new drugs to patients.
Our mission: to discover, develop and commercialize small molecule drugs to treat patients suffering from currently inadequate therapies.
Our values-3H: Head - we value creativity and individual initiative.
Heart - we value collaborative relationships and shared success.
Hands - we value decisive execution and delivering our commitments.
